Throughout this small body of work, a prior project to Photographs of People I Used To Love, The Act of Assembly explores the way that imagery can be taken and manipulated to recontextualise the original “meaning” of these photographs. 

By utilizing different print media, and creating three-dimensional structures, the images, photographs once hidden in the back of a cabinet, destined to be forgotten about, gained a new meaning – fragments of the memories once documented and experianced.
